Filing365 provides professional services including but not limited to company registration, GST registration and filing, annual compliance, income tax return filing, trademark registration, accounting and bookkeeping, FSSAI licensing, and import/export code registration.

Our services are provided by qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) and Company Secretaries (CS). We act as facilitators and professional advisors — we do not guarantee specific outcomes from government authorities, as final decisions rest with the respective regulatory bodies.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as required for service delivery
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Pay all fees as agreed before or upon service delivery
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your business information or requirements

3. Fees and Payment

Our professional fees are as quoted at the time of engagement. Please note:

• All quoted fees are for professional services only and exclude government fees, statutory charges, and out-of-pocket expenses
• Government fees are payable separately and are subject to change by the respective authorities
• Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise

4. Timelines

Timelines mentioned on our website are indicative and based on standard government processing times. Actual timelines may vary due to government portal delays, additional document requirements, or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your service as quickly as possible.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party except as required for service delivery, as required by law, or with your explicit consent. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Filing365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by government authorities, portal outages, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
